He has experience from Executive, Management and Board levels in SME’s within industries such as oil & gas, transport and IT. He has also been involved in the development of innovative solutions for both oil & gas, and technology based industries, work which has taken him round the world. He has through his work been able to build a wide network of contacts in different areas and industries, and is used to
working at all levels of client organisations, including working with government and diplomatic representatives in different countries.
Project & Operations Director: Margaret Chepala, BBA & PGHSE
Margaret is an Indian national, living in Hyderabad, India.
She is a self-motivated and dynamic professional with a passion for quality. Having gained experience across several diverse industries, and in organizations with International leadership teams and customers, has learnt how to adapt and to bring the benefits of a positive attitude, objective approach and determination to every role she undertakes. A double graduate, with degrees in Business Administration and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).
Experience from implementation of integrated management systems (IMS) for ISO and OHSAS certifications and lean management systems.
Sales and Marketing Director: John Montague
John is a Scottish national, living in Aberdeen, Scotland.
He has over 25 year’s business experience, is a very capable results orientated manager with local and international experience of leading teams. He has successfully increased efficiency, productivity and profitability in the companies he has been working. John is known to keep a level head at all times, with a pragmatic approach to getting results, and is experienced in nurturing and growing a business, often in difficult circumstances. Evaluates opportunities and risks to deliver innovative new solutions to challenges excellent client facing and configuration skills and has been successful in helping define company direction, achieving goals and optimising business opportunities. A business development professional, who takes pride in high integrity and honesty.
Strategy and Planning Director: Stuart Kennedy, MSc MPhil
Stuart is a British national, living in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
He has a wealth of experience from working at different levels in organisations related to pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, bio-fuel solutions and customer services. Stuart has a solid background from the areas of strategy, planning, sales & marketing and business development, and has a flexible and adaptable approach to his work, with a strong customer focus and drive to meet the necessary demands and targets. Stuart is very organised and results driven, and will be an absolute asset in heading up our Strategy and Planning team. He is eager to succeed, and will leave no stone un-turned in his pursuit for the best way forward.
